BLIND TRIMMING

We are not available for made-to-measure facilities. Easily trimmed with a sharp pair of scissors and a hack saw. Ready to hang or trim to size with a small fine-tooth hacksaw for slats and header bar. (Instructions included All brackets and fittings included, ready to hang or width can be easily trimmed to size. Please note that the 45 cm blind can only be trimmed down to the maximum of 41 cm due to fittings Up to 1.5 cm may be cut from each side

BLIND DROP REDUCTION:

Drop can be reduced by removing excess slats. Maximum drop can be reduced by removing excess slats from the base after the blind is hung

BLIND OPENING/CLOSING OPERATION:

• Featuring a twist operated wand to tilt slats open and closed (located on the left on the blind)
• Auto-lock cords for opening/closing the blinds (Right hand side)

TRANSPARENCY TO LIGHT:

Venetian blinds by their very nature are not blackout and some light may enter via gaps between slats when closed. Overlapping slats that is effective in blocking the light. We'll try our level best to make color swatches above as accurate as possible in average viewing condition. However, due to different monitor and light effects the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the colors showed on the pictures.

 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Before Returning any product, please contact us through the Ebay for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted. 

• If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not suitable, hey are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers we will not pay the return P&P.

• All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags, and free from wear and tear. Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used.

•    For the returned item we have already incurred postage cost to send them out THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

• For items that have been offered on free post & packing a deduction of 20% of sales price will be made before refund.

• If you received the faulty item, please let us know with in 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without contact us through Ebay messaging we will provide you free post label to return and will send the replacement Out on receiving the faulty one back.

For all those parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as not called for because of wrong address, or no one was home or buyer unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service. In such case we will only refund price of Product not the postage cost as we have already paid that for delivery.
