The Hard Wax Repair Sticks are handy hard wax wood filler sticks (8cm each long) of varying shades used for repairing damages in wood that could come under stress. They are ideal for repairing:

EDGE CHIPS

The wax sticks are very strong making the repair extremely hard wearing, and so, perfect for edge chips, which are prone to be knocked and bumped. The Hard Wax Repair Sticks will repair edge chips on all wooden surfaces with ease, leaving an invisible repair.

HOLES/SCREW HOLES

Large gaps may appear in your wooden flooring, which becomes very noticeable and can spoil a lovely laminate or hardwood floor or cabinet doors. The hard Wax Repair Sticks are ideal for repairing these kinds of holes because it is hard wearing and can withstand constantly being walked on or repeated use.

LARGE CHIPS

All wooden furniture is prone to chipping and such damage can be very expensive to have restored. The Hard Wax Repair Sticks are an ideal DIY solution to repair large chips in wooden furniture. The Hard Wax is needed for more severe chips because when it melts it is able to gain a stronger bond to the wood substrate. Whereas Soft Wax is used for small scratches or chips.

The Hard Wax Wood Filler is melted into the damage using the heat tool, (available separately for purchase) the wax then sets rock hard providing a tough and long lasting repair.

COVERAGE & SHELF LIFE:

Each Stick of hard wax provided [80mm X 15mm x 10mm & weight 16.5g] is typically enough to carry out any repairs and will often be sufficient to repair multiple pieces of furniture with light to moderate damage.

The Hard Wax Repair Sticks, if stored in a cool, dry place, have an effective shelf life of many years.

The stick will be sent in a secure Sealed envelope.

Please note that the on-screen color is not necessarily a precise representation of actual wax colors due to photo light.

It is the buyer responsibility to ensure the correct stick has been purchased, any wrong purchases can be returned for a refund but the postage will not be refunded. Hard wax sticks need to be melted for use as in liquid form. All sticks are sent in a secure bubble wrap envelope; Sometimes they may brake in transit but this doesn't make them unusable by any means as these are melted for use. Therefore we may not accept this as a reason for a return or a refund. Some sticks come in 4cm(40mm) lengths instead of standard 8cm(80mm length) so where this apply we'll send two sticks of 4cm length to make up 8cm stick (this applies to 144 stick code and some other).

Our order delivery time currently is 5-7 working days following your order dispatch date (orders are dispatched same working day subject to cut off time for dispatch) . During this period, we are unable to answer inquiries regarding shipments status, order changes or order cancellation (check all details are correct before check out) . We endeavour to ship them as quickly as we can. Please contact us once this time frame is expired. All orders placed are dispatched as per time frame advertised at the top of the page. We offer free Royal Mail Standard delivery service and a premium Next Working Day Delivery option (next day is from dispatched date as notified by eBay order emails). RETURNS

RETURN, Refund, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from Taste of East-2013 but, if for any reason you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. You’ll just need to send a message via eBay or open a return request. Once your return is approved you need to send it back to us together with your name, address, eBay id and date of purchase. Failure to include these details may result in refusal of refund/exchange. We will exchange the product or issue a refund in full via your original method of payment. We may levy a charge on your refund where a return is made as a change of mind or orders placed in error and where item is already marked dispatched.
We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements or if you’ve attempted to use the products or damaged it in doing so. We don’t offer refunds or exchange for samples purchased from us. From the point you order a product online it takes a short while for it to be processed and prepared for dispatch, if for any reason you need to cancel your order you’ll need to receive your order in post and then contact us for returning the order for a refund. For the fast nature of despatch no cancellation will be dealt with during this period as the item’s already in dispatch process and can’t be stopped. We're closed over the weekends and Bank holidays for any customer service or order inquiries, All messages are dealt with with in 2 working days of receiving them in the order as they are received. No Cancellation is processed for weekends, bank holiday orders. You’ll need to receive the item and return it back to us using eBay return protocols.
Exchange/Damaged items/Missing contents:
On receipt of the Products, you must check they match your order. If there is any problem, or if they are defective or damaged or something is missing you must notify us as soon as is reasonably possible (within 30 days of your order) via eBay message. For damaged or missing parts/components claims it is buyers responsibility to keep all packaging and boxes as we may ask you to send us clear pictures to determine the claim and to send them back to us in some cases to provide a replacement or refund. Claims may be reduced or rejected if we have not been given an opportunity to put matters right.

In addition to the right to cancel an order as described under cancellation of orders, if there is a problem with your order or the Product(s) you purchase is(are) faulty, we may make good any shortage or non-delivery, or offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
